WHAT: The Construction Bid Preview/Building the Vision for the FWISD Capital Improvement Program

SUMMARY: This meeting signals the start of construction procurement for the FWISD Capital Improvement Program (CIP)/Building the Vision. It is designed to assist contractors and subcontractors in understanding the Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) process and to obtain information about projects.
The construction value of these Phase 1 projects is $125.4 million. There are twenty-one bid packages available consisting of:
The meeting will provide an opportunity to meet the CIP leadership and visit with the DMJM Project Managers. General contractors and subs also have the opportunity to network.
